Shipping policy

Postage prices are calculated based on weight and size of the product.  For purchases of £30 or over, postage is free.

If the item is taking longer than expected to arrive, it is most likely delayed in the post.  This can happen at certain times of the year, e.g. leading to the festive period, or if there is any adverse weather conditions.  In these circumstances, please wait 10 working days before contacting us, then we will investigate, refund or resend.
